Egg White Avocado Breakfast Wrap (Gluten-Free)

I saw this photo on @SpoonUniversity's instagram account of an egg white, spinach, avocado, and cheese wrap, and thought it was the best idea ever! So I made my own that's dairy/gluten free and delicious!


Recipe: Egg White Avocado Breakfast Wrap

1 rice spring roll wrap
(hot water)
handful of spinach
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 egg whites
(opt) ketchup to serve with

:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1. Cook the egg whites into an omelette
2. Soak the rice spring roll wrap in hot water until softened and pliable
3. Place the soaked wrap on a clean, dry plate. 
4. Assemble the wrap: spinach, then omelette, then avocado slices.
5. Wrap like a burrito/wrap and serve!
