Banana Bread Donuts

When I ate gluten/dairy, my favorite donuts were the pumpkin donuts from Dunkin' Donuts and the apple cider donuts from a nearby farm. The downside to those donuts is that while they were both baked (cake-like donuts), I knew that they were chock full of questionable fats and sugar. Moreover, storebought donuts only taste good the first (sometimes even the second) day, but these homemade ones stay incredibly moist and healthy: low in fat, naturally sweetened, gluten-free. 


Recipe: Banana Bread Donuts

1 batch of muffin batter
a donut pan/mini bundt cake pan, greased


1. Make the muffin batter
2. Spoon evenly into a donut pan or a mini bundt cake pan.
3. Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 350*F, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
