Smoked Salmon Salad




Smoked Salmon Salad

1/2 avocado, chopped
1-2 pieces of smoked salmon, torn into pieces
1.5 cups of chopped lettuce
1/4 (or less) of a red onion, thinly sliced
1 medium poached egg (semi-runny)
1/2 tomato, sliced

dressing:
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
black pepper, to taste
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried basil

::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

1. Toss the salad ingredients together (except for the poached egg)
2. Mix the dressing in a separate container and add your desired amount to your salad
3. Top your salad off with the poached egg!
