Apricot Mustard Dressing

This dressing may seem unexpected, but ohh man is it good. It highlights the sweet apricot and is super creamy without any dairy/egg products! I tossed cooked broccoli, peas, and mushrooms in this dressing and it was the perfect spring dish!

Recipe: Apricot Mustard Dressing

1 tablespoon honey mustard*
1/2 tablespoon of apricot preserves/jelly
splash of apple cider vinegar or orange juice
(opt) white pepper, to taste


1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and 
use it as a salad dressing or a marinade!
