Blueberry Matcha Vinaigrette

a quick and simple recipe that will make you even more excited for warmer weather ;)

Recipe: Blueberry Matcha Vinaigrette

1/2 cup of blueberries (i used frozen)
2 tsp matcha powder
1" piece of ginger, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil


1. In a small sauce pot over medium heat, mash the blueberries until you get a smoothie-like texture. 
2. Lower the heat and add the matcha and ginger. Mix to dissolve the matcha and remove from the heat.
3. Transfer to another bowl to cool for just a second and add the ACV and sesame oil.
