Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding

okay, granted, this isn't the prettiest looking dish, but trust me, it is absolutely delicious,
and don't worry about the avocado being a typically savory ingredient: you don't even taste it!
it acts more like the base of the pudding while everything else flavors it ;)

i tried two different ways of making it, and they both tasted great: one using dates and one using a mashed banana!
the dates gave a stronger pudding-like sweetness while the banana was a bit more mellow in flavor; the banana is probably easier to
use since you don't have to break out the food processor, but both ways taste amazing regardless.

Recipe: Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding
By: Hannah Claudia

1/2 avocado
2 pitted medjool dates or 1 banana
1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder (i used dark)
(opt but i love it:) 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
(opt): unsweetened coconut flakes

1.If using dates: add the dates to the food processor first and once it's creamy, add the rest of the ingredients.
2 If using the banana: add all of the ingredients to the food processor and blend until creamy OR use a fork to mash & mix everything.

xoxo, han
