Air-popped Popcorn Without A Popcorn Machine!

(3 cups of plain air-popped popcorn = 93 calories)



Recipe: Air-popped Popcorn

1/4 cup of popcorn kernels
brown paper bag
tape

(opt:) seasonings/spices, mix-ins (pretzels, nuts, candies, etc)

1. Add the popcorn kernels to the paper bag and tape it shut.
2. Microwave for about 2 minutes, or until there is 3 seconds between each pop!
