Tofu Pomegranate Salad

Recipe: Tofu Pomegranate Salad

1/2 cup of firm tofu, chopped
drizzle of oil

1 cup of romaine lettuce,chopped
1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds
1/2 avocado, chopped
handful of macadamia nuts

juice of 1/2 lime
1 tablespoon of sesame oil

::::::::::::::::::::

1. Heat up a pan with a little bit of oil.
2. When the oil is hot enough, add the chopped tofu and cook until golden brown on either side.
3. Toss the salad ingredients with the lime & sesame oil.
4. Add the tofu to the salad
