Green Eggs and Congee

this is just a quick post for a simple, savory breakfast option: 
congee is basically the Chinese version of oatmeal. 
it's made with rice and water/stock and it's really nutritious.

Recipe: Green Eggs and Congee

1/2 avocado, sliced
1 egg, cooked (I like my yolk to be slightly runny)
furikake seasoning
a bowl of congee


1. Add the avocado, egg, and furikake to the congee and enjoy!

i've got a calc midterm and a bio test today....
