Lazy Girl's Cauliflower Pizza


a cauliflower crust does not take long to make, but there is some time spent waiting on the crust as it's baking.
with my busy schedule, i don't always prep dinner in time (i tend to prep it right as my level of hunger peaks), so i came up with a quick fix that allows me to eat sooner without subjugating my family to the wraths of my "hangry" phase ;).


Recipe: Lazy Girl's Cauliflower Pizza

1 cup of cauliflower rice (cauliflower florets blitzed in the food processor)
1 egg
1/4-1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
herbs/spices: oregano, black pepper, basil
toppings : sundried tomatoes, mushrooms (sauteed), nutritional yeast

1. Mix the first three ingredients
2. In a pan heated with a little bit of oil, add the crust mixture and pat it down so that it's even.
3. When the bottom is golden brown, flip it over. 
4. Add the toppings and wait until the other side is golden brown.
