i've never been much of an egg fan but since i've been cooking eggs with a silicone spatula & a non-stick pan, the eggs have been tasting a lot fluffier, less dry, and the clean up time is much shorter.
i've also stopped scrambling the eggs with 1 tablespoon of water; using the spatula for some reason just makes the eggs fluffy without having to add any liquid.

 above I have 1 egg + 1 egg white scrambled with chopped tomatoes (looks like smoked salmon...gosh i wish it was), scallions, and parsley, and then an orange sliced in half.
