What I Ate Wednesday: Avocado-Bean Taco



1 corn tortilla (gluten-free)
1/2 an avocado, diced
1/2 cup of black beans, kidney beans, and chickpeas coated with some ketchup & tumeric
(aka a bean "curry")
2 tablespoons of salsa
Couple leaves of baby spinach
