Vegan, Gluten-Free::Avocado Cabbage Salad with Almond Miso Dressing

Who ever salads were only for rabbits?
These things taste freaking amazing!!!
My prerequisite for any good salad are avocados
and an awesome dressing that won't make me feel guilty.
A good salad needs to have contrasting textures:
creamy and smooth with crunchy.
This is a salad fit for kings.
