Creamy Spinach Mushroom Mozzarella Sauce

Usually, cheese sauces are a pain to make
because you have to go through all of the steps
of making a roux. Well here's a vegetarian recipe that does
not require you to do so, and is incredibly easy to make.
This is a perfect go to recipe if there isn't much in your fridge,
or you want to indulge a little ;)

Cream Cheese
Shredded Mozzarella
Spaghetti (or any pasta of your choice)

1. Boil some pasta in some salted boiling water.
2. In a separate pot, melt a couple tablespoons of cream cheese with a splash of milk.
The measurements are completely up to you. Just make sure the amount of milk is
less than the amount of cream cheese you put in.
3.  Add as much spinach as you want. It wilts very quickly, so don't be afraid to add more ;)
4. Mix in sliced mushrooms to the sauce.
5. Stir in as much mozzarella cheese as you'd like. The more cheese, the thicker the sauce. Add
more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
6. Drain pasta, and toss the pasta in your sauce.
7. ENJOY :)
